The talk that inspired Win10min

The talk How to Achieve Your Most Ambitious Goals by Stephen Duneier at TEDxTucson inspired me to create Win10min.

From inspiration to the next action

My interpretation is that a big goal can feel more accessible when we look at its parts and the small decisions needed to move forward. I wanted to make room for the question that comes after inspiration: “What do I do now?”

The name is an invitation

Win10min invites you to start with a small part. It does not promise that every task can be finished in ten minutes. Some actions need more time, other people or information you do not yet have. After a short session, check the result and decide what to do next.

An example

If your goal is to create a portfolio, a milestone could be having the first case study ready for review. One action is to write three sentences about the problem the project solved. The action is done when the sentences are in the document. The portfolio still needs more work.

Start with your own goal

Choose something you want to do and describe one concrete part. Our guide explains how to break a goal into actionable steps, with examples and finish conditions.
