1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Win 10min ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Win 10min is a productivity application that helps users focus by blocking distracting apps for set time periods. The App uses iOS Screen Time features to temporarily restrict access to selected applications.

3. Subscription Terms

Win 10min offers both free and premium features:

Free users can use 10-minute focus sessions with all apps blocked
Premium subscriptions unlock custom timer durations, selective app blocking, and additional features
Subscriptions are available as Monthly ($9.99/month), Yearly ($49.99/year), or Lifetime ($49.99 one-time)
All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial (except Lifetime purchase)

4. Auto-Renewal

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. Cancellation of the current subscription is not allowed during the active subscription period.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Win 10min only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent or disable the app blocking features
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Win 10min are owned by LFSA DIGITAL LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

Win 10min is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

LFSA DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email.
