Where is my saved goal?
Open the saved-goal dashboard, check the account email, and select your goal. The Mac and ChatGPT must use the same Win10min account.
Why does a portable plan not sync results?
A portable file is a local copy. To sync confirmed results, open Saved goals in the connected Mac app and choose Review plan.
Is a finished timer a completed goal?
No. Record what you completed and save the result explicitly.
Free and Mac Pro
Timers, custom focus times, presets, plans and confirmed results are free. Ten minutes is the default, not a free-plan limit. Mac Pro unlocks hiding distracting app windows. Mac and iPhone subscriptions are separate for this first release. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to purchase Mac Pro.
Account management
Disconnecting keeps your goals. Delete goal data removes only the saved board. Full Win10min account deletion is currently disabled. Contact support for account requests. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase local copies.

ChatGPT asks for deletion approval
Deleting a saved goal requires your approval in ChatGPT. Confirm only the goal you intend to remove. If the request fails, read the dashboard again before trying another action. A success message must be followed by a fresh read showing the goal is absent.

Delete a Win10min account
Open account management and select Delete my Win10min account. Confirm the account and authenticate again when asked. The request disconnects access, then performs server cleanup. Trial claims and account-linked purchase records are removed; minimal processed/refunded purchase identifiers remain to prevent reuse. These may remain for the service lifetime while those purchases remain redeemable. Purchases do not automatically transfer to a new account. Local device data remains and Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
